Professional and Courteous Service
In the event that you feel that you were not treated in a
professional, fair, and courteous manner by an IRS employee, the correct form
of action would be to contact that employees supervisor. If, upon your contact
with the supervisor, you feel that the response you received was not
satisfactory, you next course of action would be to write to the IRS area
director or write to the area where you filed your return.
